By using the Starmer application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 18 years old to use our service.
2. Safety & User Conduct
Starmer is a platform for making new friends. You are responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and offline.
Be respectful. Be safe. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, or any inappropriate behavior. Use the in-app reporting tools if you encounter any user who violates these principles. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not adhere to our community guidelines.
3. Content and Platform Use
The App integrates with third-party social media platforms like X (Twitter). You must comply with their terms of service in addition to ours. The content you see from other users is their own, and we are not responsible for it.
4. Subscriptions
Premium features may be offered via an auto-renewing subscription. All payments are handled by the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. You can manage your subscriptions in your device's settings.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "AS IS". We are not liable for any damages or harm resulting from your use of the service or your interactions with other users. Please use your judgment and caution when deciding to connect with someone.
